  5. 使用電腦輸出,需要準備一條混音器TypeB接電腦的線。

Ambient Control: The AC temperature and lighting brightness are fully adjustable for your comfort. Please remember to reset them to default settings before you leave.


Equipment Highlights & Technical Tips

The Allen & Heath CQ-12T combines high-fidelity 96kHz audio with an incredibly intuitive interface. Its smart processing tools make capturing great sound effortless by automatically applying optimal parameters for different inputs. Plus, you can record to both USB and your computer simultaneously, significantly reducing the risk of file errors or data loss.

Recording Setup:

  • Computer Output: Please bring a USB Type-B cable to connect the mixer to your computer.
  • Recording Formats: * USB Drive: Records as a Single-track (Stereo Mix).
    • SD Card: Automatically records in Multi-track format.
  • SD Card Requirements: Please use a standard SD card. (Avoid using MicroSD adapters as they can be unstable).
  • Storage Path: The recording interface requires a storage path. Please ensure your card or USB is ready to be formatted; we recommend formatting it once before use to ensure compatibility.

Quick-Key Shortcuts:

  • Button 1: Resets the mixer to the Engineer’s default settings.
  • Button 2 (SD Recording): Press once to start; the button will turn Red. Press again to stop.
  • Button 3 (USB Recording): Press once to start; the button will turn Red. Press again to stop.

👟 空間使用小規則
・進入室內請脫鞋,入口處備有乾淨拖鞋
・錄音室內請避免飲食(保溫瓶、瓶裝水可攜入)
・若需飲食,可在公共區域-茶水間使用完畢再進到空間!

🔇請共同維持安靜整潔環境
・走廊與公共區域請避免談話,保持合理音量,以免影響其他使用者的錄音/使用空間品質。
・使用後請協助場地復原,垃圾請分類(一般垃圾、寶特瓶、紙類、玻璃罐)丟至茶水間垃圾桶,共同維護整潔,但若使用過後環境過於髒亂、造成設備毀損、違反使用規定,將視情況收取清潔費及維護費。(嚴禁攜帶家用垃圾到空間處理)

🧼 空間維護提醒
・請務必小心飲品!如於錄音室內打翻飲料,將收取 新台幣 4,500 元清潔整理費
・錄音前請確認設備狀況,如有任何疑問,歡迎隨時詢問現場人員協助。

🔧 設備損壞與賠償說明
如有設備毀損或違反使用規範,需依照原廠牌、相同規格或等同功能新品進行賠償,或依原購買金額照價賠償。

🕐 時間使用規則
・若需延長使用時間,請在原結束時間 30 分鐘前洽詢官方LINE客服人員,將視現場狀況彈性調整。
・若超過預約時間 5 分鐘以上,將收取該時段 30 分鐘的逾時費,並需立即歸還設備及離場。
・如該時段後有空檔,可現場加時租借(最低以半小時計、原價計費)。

🚫 以下行為嚴禁進行,請務必遵守:
・點燃明火、吸菸或使用毒品
・性行為、賭博,或其他違反法令與公共秩序之行為
・攜帶寵物(導盲犬除外)
・插座僅限使用於錄音設備、手機、平板與筆電充電,嚴禁接用高功率或非錄音相關之電器(如吹風機、電暖器、220V設備等),以避免跳電或設備損壞等風險
・嚴禁張貼任何文宣或宣傳品於牆面上,以避免牆面掉漆及錄音室吸隔音棉受損

Please keep your personal belongings within your rented room. If you have extra items that cannot fit inside, please contact us to rent an additional storage space.

📦 Allow 30 Minutes for Wrap-up

We recommend reserving about 30 minutes of your booking for file transfers, equipment setup/teardown, and room restoration. This ensures a smooth transition and avoids affecting the next user’s session.

🕒 Arrive Early, Stay Relaxed

We suggest arriving 3-5 minutes early. It’s the perfect time to settle in, check your gear, and enjoy a relaxed warm-up with your guests.

🎧 Easy-to-Follow Instructions

Whether you’re a pro or a first-timer, we’ve got you covered. Clear printed guides are available in the room, and our equipment is pre-configured with shortcuts to make your session effortless.

👟 Space Etiquette

  • Slippers Only: Please switch to the provided clean slippers at the entrance.

  • No Food in the Studio: To protect our equipment, food and open drinks are not allowed inside the recording room. (Sealed thermoses and bottled water are okay.)

  • Dining Area: If you need to eat, please enjoy your meal in the pantry area before entering the studio.

🔇 Keep it Quiet & Clean

  • Volume Control: Please avoid chatting in hallways and common areas to maintain a high-quality recording environment for all users.

  • Tidy Up: Kindly restore the room to its original state after use.

  • Waste Disposal: Sort your trash (General, Plastic, Paper, Glass) and dispose of it in the pantry bins.

  • Important: Household trash is strictly prohibited. An additional cleaning or maintenance fee will be charged for excessive mess, equipment damage, or policy violations.

🧼 Maintenance & Protection

  • Be Careful with Drinks: Spilling a drink in the studio will result in a NT$4,500 cleaning fee.

  • Check Your Gear: Please confirm the equipment’s condition before starting. If you have any questions, our staff is happy to help!

🔧 Equipment & Damages

  • In the event of equipment damage or rule violations, guests are responsible for compensation based on the original brand/specs, a new replacement of equal function, or the original purchase price.

🕐 Timing & Extensions

  • Need more time? Contact our official LINE customer service 30 minutes before your session ends. Extensions are subject to on-site availability.

  • Overtime: A 30-minute overtime fee will be charged if you exceed your booking by 5 minutes or more, and the room must be vacated immediately.

  • On-site Add-ons: If the following slot is available, you can extend your stay (minimum 30-minute increments at standard rates).

🚫 Prohibited Activities

To ensure safety and comfort for everyone, the following are strictly forbidden:

  • No Smoking or Open Flames: This includes the use of illegal substances.

  • Misconduct: No gambling, sexual activity, or any behavior that violates public order or the law.

  • No Pets: Only registered service animals (guide dogs) are allowed.

  • Power Usage: Outlets are for recording equipment, phones, tablets, and laptops only. High-power appliances (e.g., hairdryers, heaters, 220V devices) are strictly prohibited to avoid power surges.

  • Wall Care: Do not stick posters or promotional materials on the walls to prevent damage to the paint and acoustic foam.

Important Equipment Notices

All studio equipment is pre-configured by factory technicians. To ensure the highest recording quality, we do not offer equipment swaps (such as microphones or headphones).

📀 Storage Devices (Please bring your own)

We highly recommend bringing two types of storage as a backup:

  • Recommended: A USB Flash Drive (Highly Recommended) or an SDHC UHS-I C10 SD Card (Must be a standard SD card; do not use MicroSD adapters).

  • Laptop Recording: Connecting to a laptop for recording is not part of our standard service. Please ensure you have your own storage devices ready.

  • Setup & Formatting: The recording interface requires a designated storage path. Please make sure your card or USB is ready to be formatted; we strongly recommend formatting it once before use.

  • Dedicated Use: To prevent errors, please avoid using cards that contain files from cameras or other devices.

  • Liability: Here Hub is not responsible for any lost session time due to missing or incompatible storage devices.

🎙 Pre-use Check & Responsibility

  • Self-Check: Please test the equipment before you begin. If you encounter any issues, notify our staff immediately.

  • Equipment Care: You are responsible for all gear during your booking. In the event of damage or loss, repair or replacement fees may apply.

🚫 Usage Guidelines

  • Keep Drinks Clear: To prevent spills or tripping hazards, please keep all beverages away from recording equipment and cables.

  • Property Notice: All equipment is the property of Here Hub. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, removal, or use for sub-leasing/reselling is strictly prohibited.

  • Compliance: Please follow all space policies. Here Hub reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of any rule violations.

  1. 如需取消、更改預約請於正式錄音48小時前跟客服人員提出,將會協助您退回預付方案時數或退款。
    ※ 如有特殊狀況可洽官方LINE詢問。
    ※ 超過正式錄音48小時前提出,將不進行退款、取消或更改預約、退回預付方案時數
    a. 刷卡:提供訂單編號,將會協助進行退款作業 。(退款會因應銀行作業時段不同,一般是7~14天完成刷退)
    b. 匯款:提供訂單編號及以下退款帳戶資訊:匯款之郵局或銀行名稱、分行別稱、帳號、戶名。
    (於每月1號、25號進行退款,遇假日順延)
  2. 若台北市、新北市政府任一宣佈停止上班上課(如:颱風假),請依Here Hub方社群平台發布訊息為主,如同步停止錄音室營運,將統一發信、電話告知當天預訂客人,亦可協助預訂客人更改或免費取消。
  3. 如需更換錄音室空間,請私訊官方LINE並告知欲調整的空間,會幫您確認是否可以更改。
  4. Here Hub保留修改預訂須知的權利,若您透過系統完成預訂,代表您已經閱讀並同意一切規範。

Booking Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our customer service at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. We will assist you with a refund or return your prepaid hours.

  • Important Notice: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or return of hours.

  • Special Cases: If you have an emergency or special circumstances, please contact us via our official LINE for assistance.

Refund Process

  • Credit Card: Please provide your Order Number. We will process the refund to your card. (Processing times depend on your bank, typically taking 7–14 business days.)

  • Bank Transfer: Please provide your Order Number and the following Account Details: Bank/Post Office Name, Branch Name, Account Number, and Account Holder Name.

    • Refunds are processed on the 1st and 25th of every month (delayed to the next business day if it falls on a holiday).

Weather & Emergency Policy

If the Taipei or New Taipei City Government announces a work/school closure (e.g., Typhoon Day), please refer to Here Hub’s social media updates. If we decide to close the studio, we will notify booked guests via email or phone. In such cases, we offer free rescheduling or full cancellations.

Switching Rooms

If you’d like to switch to a different room, please message our official LINE. We will check availability and help you make the adjustment.
