③ (方案即將上線)有購買「預付優惠方案」或「折扣碼」,要怎麼預約?
如您有購買「預付優惠方案」,或持有「折扣碼」,請於結帳頁面上方按下輸入折價碼。

「預付優惠方案」:該次折扣碼使用完畢,工作人員會將下一次使用的折扣碼發至您的信箱,也會備註目前可使用的剩餘時數。

④ 付款完成後,一切就準備好了!
系統會自動寄一封「預約成功通知信」到你填寫的 Email,記得查收。

Please go to the "Member Center" to complete a quick registration. Once you've logged in to your account, you’re ready to start booking!

Step 2: Choose your space and time
Select your preferred date and time slot (the default is 1 hour).

Need more time? If you’d like to book for more than an hour, simply click on "Booking Duration" to adjust the length of your stay.

Recording Studio: Please specify the actual number of participants so we can have the microphones ready for you in advance.

Once everything is set, click "Book Now."

Step 3: Using Prepaid Plans or Discount Codes (Coming Soon!)
If you have purchased a "Prepaid Plan" or have a "Discount Code," please enter it at the top of the checkout page.

Prepaid Plans: After using a code, our staff will email you a new code for your next session, along with a note on your remaining hours.

Step 4: You’re all set!
Once payment is complete, you’re good to go! The system will automatically send a "Booking Confirmation" to your email. Please remember to check your inbox.

② 若台北市、新北市政府任一宣佈停止上班上課(如:颱風假),請依Here Hub方社群平台發布訊息為主,如同步停止空間營運,將統一發信、電話告知當天預訂客人,亦可協助預訂客人更改或免費取消。

③ 如需更換空間,請私訊官方LINE並告知欲調整的空間,會幫您確認是否可以更改。

④ Here Hub保留修改預訂須知的權利,若您透過系統完成預訂,代表您已經閱讀並同意一切規範。

① Cancellation & Change Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your session. We will assist you with a refund or return your prepaid hours.

Important: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for refunds or the return of hours.

Special Cases: If you have an emergency or special circumstances, please contact us via our official LINE for assistance.

Refund Process
a. Credit Card: Please provide your Order Number. We will initiate a refund to your card. (Processing times depend on your bank, typically taking 7–14 business days.)

b. Bank Transfer: Please provide your Order Number and your Account Details (Bank/Post Office Name, Branch, Account Number, and Account Holder’s Name).

Refunds are processed on the 1st and 25th of every month (delayed to the next business day if it falls on a holiday).

② Inclement Weather Policy
If the Taipei or New Taipei City Government announces a work/school closure (e.g., Typhoon Day), please refer to Here Hub’s social media for updates. If the space is closed, we will notify guests via email or phone. In such cases, we offer free rescheduling or full cancellations.

③ Switching Rooms
If you wish to switch to a different room, please message our official LINE with your request. We will check availability and confirm if the change is possible.

④ Final Agreement
Here Hub reserves the right to modify these booking terms. By completing your reservation through our system, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all guidelines and policies.

・進入室內請脫鞋,入口處備有乾淨拖鞋
・錄音室內請避免飲食(保溫瓶、瓶裝水可攜入)
・若需飲食,可在公共區域-茶水間使用完畢再進到空間!

🔇請共同維持安靜整潔環境
・走廊與公共區域請避免談話,保持合理音量,以免影響其他使用者的錄音/使用空間品質。
・使用後請協助場地復原,垃圾請分類(一般垃圾、寶特瓶、紙類、玻璃罐)丟至茶水間垃圾桶,共同維護整潔,但若使用過後環境過於髒亂、造成設備毀損、違反使用規定,將視情況收取清潔費及維護費。(嚴禁攜帶家用垃圾到空間處理)

🧼 空間維護提醒
・請務必小心飲品!如於錄音室內打翻飲料,將收取 新台幣 4,500 元清潔整理費。
・錄音前請確認設備狀況,如有任何疑問,歡迎隨時詢問現場人員協助。

🔧 設備損壞與賠償說明
如有設備毀損或違反使用規範,需依照原廠牌、相同規格或等同功能新品進行賠償,或依原購買金額照價賠償。

🕐 時間使用規則
・若需延長使用時間,請在原結束時間 30 分鐘前洽詢官方LINE客服人員,將視現場狀況彈性調整。
・若超過預約時間 5 分鐘以上,將收取該時段 30 分鐘的逾時費,並需立即歸還設備及離場。
・如該時段後有空檔,可現場加時租借(最低以半小時計、原價計費)。

🚫 以下行為嚴禁進行,請務必遵守:
・點燃明火、吸菸或使用毒品
・性行為、賭博,或其他違反法令與公共秩序之行為
・攜帶寵物(導盲犬除外)
・插座僅限使用於錄音設備、手機、平板與筆電充電,嚴禁接用高功率或非錄音相關之電器(如吹風機、電暖器、220V設備等),以避免跳電或設備損壞等風險
・嚴禁張貼任何文宣或宣傳品於牆面上,以避免牆面掉漆及錄音室吸隔音棉受損

👟 Space Etiquette
Slippers Only: Please switch to the provided clean slippers at the entrance.

Studio Dining Policy: To protect our gear, food and open drinks are prohibited inside the recording studios. (Sealed thermoses and bottled water are okay.)

Dining Area: Please enjoy your food in the pantry area before entering the studio.

🔇 Keep it Quiet & Clean
Volume Control: Please avoid chatting in hallways and common areas to maintain a high-quality recording environment for all users.

Tidy Up: Kindly restore the room to its original state after use.

Waste Disposal: Sort your trash (General, Plastic, Paper, Glass) and dispose of it in the pantry bins.

Important: Household trash is strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning or maintenance fees will be charged for excessive mess, equipment damage, or policy violations.

🧼 Maintenance & Protection
Drink Safety: Please be extremely careful with liquids. Spilling a drink in the studio will result in a NT$4,500 cleaning fee.

Pre-use Check: Please confirm the equipment's condition before starting. Our staff is always here to help if you have questions!

🔧 Equipment & Damages
In the event of equipment damage or rule violations, guests are responsible for compensation based on the original brand/specs, a new replacement of equal function, or the original purchase price.

🕐 Timing & Overtime
Extensions: Contact our official LINE (@herehub) 30 minutes before your session ends. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at standard rates.

Overtime Fee: Exceeding your booking by 5 minutes or more will result in a 30-minute overtime fee, and the room must be vacated immediately.

On-site Add-ons: If the following slot is available, you may extend your stay (minimum 30-minute increments).

🚫 Strictly Prohibited Activities
No Smoking or Open Flames: Including the use of illegal substances.

Misconduct: No gambling, sexual activity, or any behavior that violates public order or the law.

No Pets: Only registered service animals (guide dogs) are allowed.

Power Usage: Outlets are for recording gear, phones, tablets, and laptops only. High-power appliances (e.g., hairdryers, heaters, 220V devices) are forbidden to avoid power surges.

Wall Care: Do not stick any promotional materials on the walls to prevent damage to the paint and acoustic foam.

即使使用者自備部分設備,場地內仍需由場地主整理線材、確認混音器設定與空間狀況,確保每位使用者都能安全、穩定地完成錄音。此外,為避免設備混用產生故障風險,我們無法完全掌握外部設備的穩定性與相容性。

Our pricing is based on fixed session rates. We do not offer additional discounts for users who bring their own equipment.

The reasons are:
Even when guests bring their own gear, our team still needs to manage cable routing, calibrate the mixer settings, and inspect the space to ensure a safe and stable recording environment for everyone. Additionally, to minimize the risk of technical failures, we cannot guarantee the stability or compatibility of external equipment when integrated with our systems.

Here Hub(以下簡稱「本服務」或「我們」)為在這裡有限公司(以下簡稱「本公司」)所營運之網站與空間租賃平台。為保障使用者於使用本網站及/或本服務時,其隱私權及相關權益不受侵害,本公司將依《個人資料保護法》及相關法規要求,妥善蒐集、處理與利用個人資料。

一旦您開始註冊、預約或使用本服務,即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意本政策所載內容,並同意本公司得於服務所需範圍內使用您的個人資料。如您不同意,請立即停止使用本網站及服務。

一、會員資格與帳號管理
1. 本服務開放具備完全民事行為能力之自然人或依法設立之法人申請會員資格。
2. 會員申請時應提供正確且完整之個人資料,若資料有異動應即時更新。
3. 會員應妥善保管帳號與密碼,若發現帳號遭他人冒用,應立即通知本公司。
4. 若會員違反本條款或相關法令,本公司有權終止其使用權利。

二、空間租用與取消政策
1. 租用以時段計費,使用者需依照預約時間準時進出空間。
2. 若需取消預約,請於開始前 48 小時通知,否則視同已使用並收取全額。
3. 若欲臨時加時,請於使用結束前 30 分鐘內聯繫官方客服,加時以原價費率計算,並依現場排程狀況決定是否受理。
4. 若因天災等不可抗力因素導致空間無法使用,將提供改期或全額退款。

三、空間使用規範
請保持空間整潔、勿破壞設備。

1. 禁止大聲喧嘩、使用擴音設備、大聲播放音樂。
2. 禁止攜帶寵物(導盲犬除外)、吸菸、飲酒或使用非法物品。
3. 禁止未經同意擅自調整設備、移動家具、張貼物品。
4. 空間內禁止飲食,可飲用瓶裝水與茶飲。
5. 空間內所有設備請依照指示操作,如需協助請聯繫工作人員,請勿擅自調整,若造成設備損壞,需照價賠償。
6. 禁止攜帶大型垃圾到空間丟棄,如因使用空間的活動類型會產生較多垃圾,請自備台北市垃圾袋分類及整理,也須事前告知客服人員詢問垃圾處理方式,會依照垃圾狀況以及數量酌收清潔費。
7. 禁止在空間舉辦違反公序良俗之活動:如告別式、聚賭、非法宗教或政治集會、色情交易等行為,將立即終止使用、永久停權,並視情節報警處理與求償。

四、錄音室加註規範
1. 進入錄音室請拖鞋。
2. 禁止飲食、禁止擅自調整錄音設備、混音器或接線。
3. 錄音室會提供Wi-Fi 資訊,請依現場指示使用。
4. 違反上述規範者,本公司有權立即終止其使用權並不退款。

五、產品購買與退換貨
1. 所有販售之實體商品如記憶卡、USB 等,均於現場購買後無法退換,請務必確認規格。
2. 若商品有明顯瑕疵,請於三日內提出,經查屬實者得辦理更換。

六、責任與免責聲明
1. 為保障雙方權益,使用者應依本服務規範使用空間與設備。如因使用者個人疏忽、自行調整設備或其他非本公司可控原因導致損害,本公司不負賠償責任。
2. 對於未經授權進入空間、違規使用造成的損害,本公司有權要求賠償。
3. 若使用者對空間不滿意,不影響本公司應收租金與費用之權利。

七、空間使用罰則
為維護空間品質與其他使用者權益,若有下列情形,將酌收清潔或維修費用:

1. 空間嚴重污損、垃圾未清:視情況酌收 清潔費 500 至 4,500元
2. 造成設備毀損或遺失:依設備原價或維修報價全額賠償。
3. 擅自超時未加價預約加時:將補收加時費用,並視情節加收500 元罰金。
4. 擅自開啟未租借空間、侵入他人包場空間:將視同重大違規,除補收空間租金外,加收 2,000 元罰款,並可能終止會員資格。
5. 擅自移動、拆卸設備或接線,導致故障:加收1,000 元以上維修費並終止使用權利。
6. 空間內進行違法行為或使用危險物品:報警處理並永久停權。

Space Usage GuidelinesPlease keep the space clean and do not damage any equipment.Excessive noise, use of megaphones, or loud music is strictly prohibited.Pets (except for service dogs), smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.Unauthorized adjustment of equipment, moving of furniture, or sticking items on walls is prohibited.No food is allowed inside the rooms. Bottled water and tea are permitted.All equipment must be operated according to instructions. Please contact staff for assistance rather than making unauthorized adjustments. Users are liable for the full cost of any damage caused by misuse.Disposal of large household trash is prohibited. If your event generates significant waste, you must provide your own Taipei City official trash bags for sorting. You must also notify customer service in advance to discuss disposal; a cleaning fee may be charged based on the volume of trash.Activities that violate public order or morals (e.g., funeral services, gambling, illegal religious or political rallies, sex work, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate termination of use, permanent ban, and potential police reporting and claims for damages.IV. Additional Studio RegulationsPlease remove your shoes before entering the recording studio.Food is prohibited. Unauthorized adjustment of recording equipment, mixers, or wiring is strictly forbidden.Wi-Fi information is provided on-site; please follow the instructions for use.The Company reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without a refund for any violation of the above rules.V. Product Purchases and ReturnsAll physical goods sold on-site (e.g., SD cards, USB drives) cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Please verify specifications before buying.If a product has a clear defect, please report it within three days. Replacement will be handled upon verification.VI. Liability and DisclaimersUsers must use the space and equipment in accordance with these guidelines. The Company is not liable for damages caused by user negligence, unauthorized adjustments, or other causes beyond our control.The Company reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by unauthorized entry or non-compliant use.Dissatisfaction with the space does not waive the user's obligation to pay the full rental fee and associated costs.VII. Penalties and FeesTo maintain quality and protect the rights of all users, additional fees will be charged for the following:Severe Staining or Unclear Trash: A cleaning fee of NT$500 to NT$4,500 will be charged depending on the severity.Equipment Damage or Loss: Full compensation based on the original price or repair quote.Unauthorized Overtime: Users will be billed for the extra time, plus a potential fine of NT$500.Unauthorized Entry into Other Spaces: Entering unrented rooms or spaces reserved by others is a major violation. In addition to back-rent, a NT$2,000 fine will be charged, and membership may be terminated.Unauthorized Tampering with Equipment/Wiring: A repair fee starting from NT$1,000 will be charged, and usage rights will be terminated.Illegal Acts or Use of Dangerous Items: Immediate police report and permanent account ban.
