- 空調溫度可自行調整、電視如使用Youtube等其他軟體,使用完畢記得調回原始設定及將帳號登出。
- 雖為獨立空間,為避免影響到其他使用空間的品質體驗,請留意音量。
- 公共區域避免交談,如需交談請降低音量。
Open Space – Multi-purpose Room
Capacity: Up to 6 people
Great for: Remote work, meetings, interviews, business catch-ups, social gatherings, or script reading.
Amenities & Features:
- Xiaomi Smart Display (A Pro 43”): Feel free to use the TV for YouTube or other apps. Please remember to log out of your accounts and reset the display to its original settings before you leave.
- Climate Control: The AC temperature is fully adjustable for your comfort.
Space Guidelines:
- Keep it Down: While this is a private room, it’s not completely soundproof. Please keep your volume at a reasonable level to ensure a great experience for everyone in the hub.
- Quiet Zone: To maintain a peaceful environment, please avoid chatting in the common areas. If you need to talk, kindly keep your voice down.
公共空間勿擺放個人物品,如東西較多,租借的空間內放不下,需要租借其他空間擺放。
👟 空間使用小規則
・進入空間需更換拖鞋
・空間內可飲食,使用完畢請將餐盒、飲料整理分類(廚餘雜物請勿倒入洗手台)
🔇請共同維持安靜整潔環境
・走廊與公共區域請避免高聲談話,保持合理音量,以免影響其他使用者的錄音/使用空間品質。
・使用後請協助場地復原,垃圾請分類(一般垃圾、寶特瓶、紙類、玻璃罐)丟至茶水間垃圾桶,共同維護整潔,但若使用過後環境過於髒亂、造成設備毀損、違反使用規定,將視情況收取清潔費及維護費。(嚴禁攜帶家用垃圾到空間處理)
🧼 空間維護提醒
・多元空間未禁止飲食,如打翻或未場復清潔,將收取 新台幣 4,500 元不等的清潔整理費。
🔧 設備損壞與賠償說明
如有設備毀損或違反使用規範,需依照原廠牌、相同規格或等同功能新品進行賠償,或依原購買金額照價賠償。
🕐 時間使用規則
・若需延長使用時間,請在原結束時間 30 分鐘前洽詢官方LINE客服人員,將視現場狀況彈性調整。
・若超過預約時間 5 分鐘以上,將收取該時段 30 分鐘的逾時費,並需立即歸還設備及離場。
・如該時段後有空檔,可現場加時租借(最低以半小時計、原價計費)。
🚫 以下行為嚴禁進行,請務必遵守:
・點燃明火、吸菸或使用毒品
・性行為、賭博,或其他違反法令與公共秩序之行為
・攜帶寵物(導盲犬除外)
・插座僅限使用於錄音設備、手機、平板與筆電充電,嚴禁接用高功率或非錄音相關之電器(如吹風機、電暖器、220V設備等),以避免跳電或設備損壞等風險
・嚴禁張貼任何文宣或宣傳品於牆面上,以避免牆面掉漆及錄音室吸隔音棉受損
Common Area Policy
Please keep your personal belongings within your rented room. If you have extra items that won’t fit, please contact us to rent an additional storage space.
👟 Space Etiquette

Slippers Only: Please switch to the provided slippers before entering the rooms.

Food & Drinks: You are welcome to eat and drink inside the rooms. After finishing, please organize and sort your containers and leftovers. (Note: Please do not pour food waste or debris into the sinks.)
🔇 Keep it Quiet & Clean

Volume Control: Please avoid loud conversations in hallways and common areas to ensure a high-quality environment for others who might be recording or working.

Tidy Up: Kindly restore the room to its original state after use.

Waste Disposal: Sort your trash (General, Plastic, Paper, Glass) and dispose of it in the pantry bins.

Important: Do not bring household trash to the hub. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the room is left in poor condition or if rules are violated.

In the event of equipment damage or rule violations, the user is responsible for compensation based on the original brand/specs, a new replacement of equal function, or the original purchase price.
🕐 Timing & Extensions

Need more time? Please check with our LINE customer service 30 minutes before your session ends. Extensions are subject to room availability.

Overtime: A 30-minute overtime fee will be charged if you exceed your booking by 5 minutes or more, and the room must be vacated immediately.

On-site Extensions: If the next slot is available, you can extend your stay (minimum 30 minutes, charged at standard rates).
🚫 Prohibited Activities
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, the following are strictly forbidden:

No Smoking or Open Flames: This includes the use of illegal substances.

Conduct: No gambling, sexual activity, or any behavior that violates public order or the law.

No Pets: Except for registered service animals (guide dogs).

Power Usage: Outlets are for recording gear, phones, tablets, and laptops only. High-power appliances (hairdryers, heaters, 220V devices, etc.) are strictly prohibited to avoid power surges.

Wall Care: Do not stick posters or promotional materials on the walls to prevent damage to the paint and acoustic foam.

・使用期間請善盡保管責任,若有器材損壞或遺失,可能需負擔相關費用。

・飲品請遠離空間設備與線材,以避免潑灑或絆倒。
・所有器材皆為 Here Hub 所有,請勿擅自拆解、改裝、攜出或用於轉租、轉售用途。
・請配合空間使用規定,若有違規情形,Here Hub 保留限制使用權利。

Equipment Care: You are responsible for all equipment during your booking. In the event of damage or loss, repair or replacement fees may apply.

Keep Drinks Clear: To prevent spills or tripping hazards, please keep all beverages away from equipment and cables.

Property Notice: All equipment is the property of Here Hub. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, removal, or use for sub-leasing/reselling is strictly prohibited.

Compliance: Please follow all space guidelines. Here Hub reserves the right to restrict access or terminate use in the event of any policy violations.
- 如需取消、更改預約請於正式錄音48小時前跟客服人員提出,將會協助您退回預付方案時數或退款。

a. 刷卡:提供訂單編號,將會協助進行退款作業 。(退款會因應銀行作業時段不同,一般是7~14天完成刷退)
b. 匯款:提供訂單編號及以下退款帳戶資訊:匯款之郵局或銀行名稱、分行別稱、帳號、戶名。
(於每月1號、25號進行退款,遇假日順延)
- 若台北市、新北市政府任一宣佈停止上班上課(如:颱風假),請依Here Hub方社群平台發布訊息為主,如同步停止錄音室營運,將統一發信、電話告知當天預訂客人,亦可協助預訂客人更改或免費取消。
- 如需更換錄音室空間,請私訊官方LINE並告知欲調整的空間,會幫您確認是否可以更改。
- Here Hub保留修改預訂須知的權利,若您透過系統完成預訂,代表您已經閱讀並同意一切規範。
Booking Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our customer service at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. We will assist you with a refund or return your prepaid hours.

Important Notice: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or return of hours.

Special Cases: If you have an emergency or special circumstances, please contact us via our official LINE for assistance.
Refund Process

Credit Card: Please provide your Order Number. We will process the refund to your card. (Processing times depend on your bank, typically taking 7–14 business days.)

Bank Transfer: Please provide your Order Number and the following Account Details: Bank/Post Office Name, Branch Name, Account Number, and Account Holder Name.
Weather & Emergency Policy
If the Taipei or New Taipei City Government announces a work/school closure (e.g., Typhoon Day), please refer to Here Hub’s social media updates. If we decide to close the studio, we will notify booked guests via email or phone. In such cases, we offer free rescheduling or full cancellations.
Switching Rooms
If you’d like to switch to a different room, please message our official LINE. We will check availability and help you make the adjustment.
